The Islamia College Board of Trust, Islamia College Governing Council and Islamia staff wish all learners, parents, guardians and loved ones a special ‘Eid Mubarak. We are indeed in trying times experiencing a global pandemic, but ask the Almighty Allah to protect us and grant that we are able to overcome this challenge that is being faced by the entire world.
The Islamia Governing Council, in consultation with Islamia Board of Trust, has been engaged in preparing Islamia College for the phased re-opening of our institution as per the guidelines of the government. This includes considerations of sanitization, the securing of protective masks, means of ensuring social distancing and the following of all mandatory health and safety protocols and procedures. A detailed outline of standard operational procedure will be forwarded to parent/guardians in the coming week.
Islamia staff will be returning to campus from Tuesday, 26th May, while grade 12 and grade 7 learners are scheduled to return on Monday, 1st June. A survey has been forwarded to all parents/guardians pertaining to the return of students that we would kindly wish you to respond, to as requested.
